At the moment we do not require an initial setup fee. We as yoonba gets in total 5% commission from a sale(2021). For the payment gateway we use Stripe, almost %2 percent from this fee directly goes to stripe. (This process is automatic, Stripe fee)

This fee will be 7% for whom registered in 2022 and %10 for whom registerd in 2023. 

Yes, in order for you to make sales with Yoonba, after your application is approved, the authorized person must sign every page of the contract and commission term table.

All products are shipped from within Australia unless stated otherwise.

You need to send the product ASAP. If you delay sending the item, you might get. We strongly recommaned you to use this delivery company to make it cheaper for you.

Yes of course you can sell, as long as you have a seling permission from those Brands or a proper original invoice.

You can create it on your dashboard .

No, you don’t need to have an ABN number to sell at Yoonba, however It is your responsibility to let Tax office now about your income.

You can apply again within 14 days after receiving your e-mail confirming that your application has not been evaluated positively. However, if it is not approved due to missing information, you can revise and apply within the same day.

You need to register on here. As soon as your application is accepted you can start selling at Yoonba.

After submitting your application, the Yoonba team conducts a preliminary assessment of your application. If your application is fine at this step, it can be approved or not. Applications that have not been approved may be re-evaluated in line with the needs in the future. If your application is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you and you will be asked to enter the missing document / information by logging in to the seller panel. While the information / documents you upload are evaluated by the Yoonba team, you can also upload your products to the Yoonba system.

If you register before 01/01/2021, you do not need to pay a setep fee. After this period of time , there will be a setup fee.

As part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and payment details, however, this is used for the sole purpose of completing your sales transaction and posting your purchase to you.

Yoonba has third party integration like ship station or FedEx, etc. These are compatible with Yoonba if a customer wants to track the product it can be done using the FedEx or ship station etc.
The vendor will have to attach the number of the order so that the customer will be able to see the status of the order.
